The rapid change in the provision of services and communication networks in Somaliland has resulted in the ministry constantly developing and developing regulations, guidelines and guidelines for monitoring and monitoring these devices. The ministry encourages licensees to share telecommunications facilities. This will reduce licensing costs for telecommunications facilities as well as enable them to travel farther, contributing to the expansion of telecommunications services and the protection of the country's cities.
This Code is issued by the Ministry of Communications and Technology of Somaliland in accordance with Article 3, Clause 13 of the Somaliland Telecommunications Law No. Lr. 50/2011.
