Major Duties and Responsibilities
The Telecommunications division maintains operational oversight and monitoring systems across the following core infrastructure frameworks:
// POLICY FRAMEWORK Prepare strategic regulations, modern policies, and infrastructural guidelines for the telecommunications sector.
// SPECTRUM MANAGEMENT Control national frequency spectrum resources, country allocations, and structural network block assignments.
// INFRASTRUCTURE LICENSING Issue operating system licenses across all public and private telecommunications and broadcasting networks.
// LICENSE MONITORING Process renewals, verify operational audits, and systematically supervise execution targets for network carriers.
// SECTOR ECOSYSTEM R&D Direct institutional field data research and system optimization aligned with global communications trends.
// INTERCONNECTION SYSTEM Establish rules of network link verification and audit cross-network interconnection agreements between operators.
// MARKET ACCOUNTABILITY Encourage standard, secure consumer market competition and prevent non-competitive behaviors in the digital landscape.
// TARIFF TRANSPARENCY Monitor pricing architecture, guarantee network data transparency, and preserve equitable service access.
// SYSTEM ARBITRATION Act as the primary regulatory mediator to resolve technical disputes arising between verified system licensees.
// COMPLAINT PATHWAYS Formulate rigid operational standards and verification procedures for processing and analyzing market complaints.
