The Institute for Standardization ICT Certificates (ISICTC), operating under the ICT Department of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT), is dedicated to developing and maintaining nationally recognized ICT certification standards that meet both current and future technological demands.
The Institute plays a key role in strengthening the quality, credibility, and professional recognition of ICT education and technical skills across Somaliland.
Through the establishment of standardized ICT certification frameworks, ISICTC aims to support workforce development, improve digital competencies, and ensure that ICT professionals are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
