Major Duties and Responsibilities
The Department of Admin and Finance ensures standard fiscal protection, operational services distribution, and administrative tracking parameters across both local and international ministerial networks:
// FINANCIAL AUDITING CONTROL Safeguard the financial interests of the Ministry across all standard transactions, establish asset protections, design income forecasts, and structure effective accounting system controls.
// ANNUAL BUDGET ALLOCATIONS Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinate summary tables, and analyze expenditure distributions for concurrent partner or donor programs.
// ASSET SOURCING PROCUREMENT Plan and coordinate procurement vectors for materials, goods, and consulting contracts while maintaining alignment with Procurement Authority policies.
// PUBLIC RELATIONS CHANNELS Execute communication strategies to maintain a positive public image, monitor press tracking channels, and disseminate key messaging.
// WEBPAGE OVERVIEW CONTROL Supervise and maintain official digital web properties, social media channels, and public informational brochures.
// DELEGATIVE SCHEDULING Process target assignments delegated by the Minister and Director General, and delegate less critical operations down to active section heads.
// ACCOUNTABILITY EVALUATIONS Formulate systematic monitoring controls, manage annual evaluation outputs, and track the department's structural risk management framework.
// LOGISTIC ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES Secure essential baseline services, coordinate equipment distribution, and maintain operational facilities to support all core ministry branches.
// INTER-DEPARTMENT HUMAN RESOURCES Partner with the HRM division and CSI to recruit, train, re-train, motivate, and develop specialized personnel on a continuous basis.
// STAFF CAPACITY BUILDING Set objective performance metrics for administrative staff, execute scheduled department workshops, and arrange strategic accounting training.
// INFORMATION TRANS-PASSPORT Distribute data updates to international or local media networks, and communicate approved corporate action plans to agency staff.
// OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT BRIEFINGS Convene strategic meetings with unit staff and present departmental tracking datasets during formal top-level administrative reviews.
// TEAM ENGAGEMENT INCENTIVES Encourage active team alignment across internal processes and partner with HRM to coordinate capability enhancement plans based on needs assessments.
// COMPREHENSIVE ROADMAPS Harmonize annual work plans and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual progress tracking reports across the department.
